Notice on Prevention and Control of COVID-19 among Participants of the Third China International Import Expo
(Applicable to domestic exhibitors and exhibitors)
In order to effectively ensure the public health safety of the Third China International Import Expo, in accordance with the relevant provisions on the prevention and control of COVID-19 in Shanghai, the relevant requirements are hereby announced as follows. All participants must fully understand and comply with them.
1、 Before arrival in Shanghai/exhibition
1. Exhibitors, trading groups, forum registered guests, supporting event personnel, media personnel, exhibition area staff, service support personnel, volunteers, and other participating personnel (hereinafter collectively referred to as "exhibitors") should conduct independent health monitoring 14 days before coming to Shanghai or 14 days before the start of the support task, truthfully and completely fill out the "Health Monitoring Record Form", complete the "Health Commitment Letter" and sign it.
2. Participants who entered the exhibition area between October 24th and November 2nd, 2020, and November 3rd and November 12th, 2020, must provide a valid negative nucleic acid test certificate within 7 days (based on the sampling date) upon their first entry during each time period. As stated in the report
If there is no sampling date, a valid negative nucleic acid test certificate within 5 days (based on the date of report issuance) is required.
3. Exhibitors and participants should complete their Shanghai "Suishen Code" application and registration.
4. Exhibitors and participants should submit their personal negative nucleic acid test certificate, independent health management, and health commitment letter in a timely manner as required to the inviter, organizer, or dispatch party of the China International Import Expo for review, and upload them to the comprehensive service platform of the China International Import Expo by individuals or units in a timely manner

5. If abnormal symptoms such as fever occur within 14 days before arriving in Shanghai, or the COVID-19 occurs in the local city before arriving in Shanghai and some regions are listed as high-risk areas, it is recommended not to come to Shanghai to participate in the exhibition.
6. The inviting party, organizing party, or dispatching party shall organize relevant exhibitors and attendees to undergo nucleic acid testing as required, collect testing information uniformly, and upload a written feedback form (stamped) in a timely manner

2、 During my stay in Shanghai
1. Exhibitors and attendees should conduct daily independent health monitoring. Once any abnormal conditions are found, they should immediately report to the inviting party, group or dispatch party, and promptly seek medical treatment at the designated hospital for the CIIE.
2. During non exhibition periods, it is recommended that all participants do not go to crowded public places or participate in gatherings unless necessary; If you need to take public transportation, please wear a mask throughout the journey.
3. After entering the exhibition area, all participants should wear masks throughout the entire process as required, and pay attention to maintaining a safe social distance.
4. Exhibitors who have incomplete or abnormal personal nucleic acid test certificates, independent health management, health commitment letters or application codes will be prohibited from entering the CIIE exhibition area.
If necessary, you can go to the medical institution/testing institution designated by Shanghai for COVID-19 virus nucleic acid testing.
5. During the accommodation period, when entering the exhibition area, or while in the exhibition area, if the exhibitor shows any temperature changes; 37.3 ℃ or suspected symptoms of COVID-19, should actively cooperate with the field staff to accept epidemiological investigation and corresponding control measures, and will not enter the exhibition area until there is no clear diagnosis result.
6. The inviter or the party organizing the delegation or the sending party shall designate a special person to be responsible for communication and coordination of epidemic prevention and control related matters, and urge relevant personnel to comply with the requirements of the COVID-19 prevention and control of the Expo. If someone shows body temperature≥ 37.3 ℃ or suspected symptoms of COVID-19 should be reported to the site staff in time, and actively cooperate with epidemiological investigation and corresponding control measures.
7. Other matters not covered shall be implemented in accordance with the epidemic prevention and control requirements of this city. Any false or untrue concealment of medical history, travel and contact history, self medication concealment of symptoms, underreporting of health status, evasion of epidemic prevention measures, etc., once discovered, will be prohibited from entering the exhibition area. If serious consequences are caused, relevant responsibilities will be pursued in accordance with the law and regulations.
